It is a place for both fledgling startups and companies looking for support in scaling their business or internationalization.
Companies can take advantage of a package of comprehensive support: from expert advice, to assistance in preparing to raise financing, to mentoring programs and access to business and academic partners.
What does GPNT offer?
GPNT Acceleration Zone offers, among other things:
free workspace in the coworking zone (up to 6 months),
participation in workshops, trainings and mentoring sessions,
support in building a development strategy, business model and MVP,
assistance in establishing contacts with investors and industry partners,
promotion of projects to the media and stakeholders.
Participants in the program can also benefit from the experience of the GPNT team and its rich network of contacts in the R&D and innovation sector.
Innovation that stays in the region
The Acceleration Zone is not only a space for work - it is first and foremost a local hub for innovative solutions that have the potential to have an impact not only in the Pomeranian region, but all over the world. Projects from areas such as green technologies, medicine, ICT, Industry 4.0, biotechnology or maritime economy are supported here.
This approach is in line with the smart specialization strategy of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, which focuses on the development of the most promising and innovative sectors of the economy.
Mobile Monitoring in the program
Mobile Monitoring, as part of the Acceleration Zone program, is implementing its solutions at the Gdynia Naval Shipyard, where it is piloting a system for monitoring the water environment and port infrastructure security.
